Girirajasuta tanaya

"Girirajasuta tanaya" is one of the best Tyagaraja keerthanai in Bangala Raagam, which can be sung in carnatic as well as western style. In many places, it's mispronounced as 'Girirajasudha' but it's actually Giriraja Suta Tanaya - means, son of the daughter of the mountains. Tyagaraja has composed this song on Ganesha, son of Parvati.
Here is a concert of Shankar Mahadevan with Zakkir Hussain which is awesome. Though the words are not clear, I liked the concept of fusion , a nice way to spread and promote the glory of carnatic music.
