Meaning
Address to Lord Ganesha
I always think of Siddhi Vinayaka, who is the Lord of ganaas (heavenly soldiers) and bestower of wishes.
Prayed by Siddhas,Yakshas and Kinnaraas, the original source of the world and has Modhakam (a south indian sweet made out of rice and grams) in his hands.
Prayed by all the people including Brahmananaas on Vinyaka chathurthi. Armed with Paasa ( rope) and Ankusa ( poker ). Sorrounded by ornamental umbrella and Shamaram ( a hand held fan ). Remover of anger and resides in the heart of his devotees. Prayed by Krishna ( addressed as younger brother of Rohini's son - Balarama) and destroyer of bad qualities.
Son of Lord Siva, elder brother of Lord Shanmukha, protector and radiant four-armed lord - I think of you.
